Respite Care will enable caregivers to:

• take a vacation
• handle their own medical concerns
• have an opportunity to rest & relax 
• take time for themselves, we all need a little break sometimes

Respite  Care duties may include:

• light housekeeping and laundry
• meal preparation and clean-up
• help with ADL's
• support with well-being
• medication reminders
