Tyese Johnson
Say Hello to Tyese Johnson, Co-Founder, and Director of Operations. Tyese brings over 20 years of nursing experience, including Mental Health and Long Term Care. Tyese is a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Billing and Coding Specialist. Tyese began on this nursing journey when she lost her mother at the age of 15, and wanted to care for others in memory of her mother. She is currently pursuing her degree in Community Health Nursing.

John McDonald
Say Hi to our Co-Founder and Business Director, John McDonald. John is a Nurse Aide, Registered Medication Aide (RMA) and is certified for both Virginia UAI and ISP. John began his journey in healthcare after a family member was in the hospital for months, and he decided then, he wanted to be able to do more for people. John also has a background in office administration and IT support. To further education and experience, John is pursuing an EMT certification, CPR Instructor certification and Medical Billing & Coding Certification.
Both Tyese and John are genuine in the work they do for residents. They show true compassion for residents and maintain a professional attitude. We love them both and appreciate the hard work they do for us.
